Hello all
We are now into the 2010 season of Motorsport and what a busy 2
months or so we have.
Kai Hillclimb
This Saturday we have Kai Hillclimb at Kaitangata. We have 55 entries
so another good field. There is an early Doco and scrutineering at Balclutha
Motors on Friday Night 6-7pm. Doco and scrutineering on the day is 9.00 to
10.15am with drivers briefing at
Bluff Hillclimb
Saturday 6th February is Bluff Hillclimb. As of today we
have about 40 entries. Entries close on Monday 1st February for this
event. Documentation and scrutineering is
Autocross Venue Changes
We have had to swap Irwin’s and Ayson’s Autocross’s around. Ayson’s is now to be
held on Saturday 13th February sign posted from
Teretonga Club Day
Our Teretonga Club Day is Sunday 14th March. Details to come.
Gore Rally Sprints.
As most of you know we have changed the Gore Club Rally to the Gore
Rally Sprints. With it being only being 2 weeks before Otago Rally it was going
to be too hard to organise. So we are now have 2
Rallysprints on Sunday 28th March. Both 10km in length and 3 runs
each so a total of 60km with about 35km of touring. Regs will be available in a
couple of weeks.
Otago Rally Helpers needed
I require a couple more people to help with Start and Finish Crew for
Otago Rally. Anyone availple to help let me know. Rally is on 10-11
April.
NZV8’s at Teretonga
We had a good turn out to the truck at the NZV8’s. We may have to
look at a bigger truck next year.
MotorSport NZ ClubSport
Championship
The 2010 ClubSport champs will be held in
Blenheim on 5th 6th and

Other News
Jo-Ellen is doing well with her treatment for lukemia. Hopefully she
will be well enough to have a skid at the upcoming Autocross’s.
